Conveyors

For gentle handling, nothing beats a conveyor and now you don't have to sacrifice capacity. With the available "Booster" the capacity of the 10" conveyor is similar to a 10" auger and the 14" conveyor is similar to a 13" auger.
But gentle handling and big capacity are not the only advantages of Convey-All conveyors - they also last longer. Depending on the product being conveyed, the belt should be able to move 10,000,000 bushels before being replaced. As for the tube, it really isn't a wear component. Another advantage of conveyors is they require less power. In an auger, the flighting pushes the product. With a conveyor, the belt carries the product so there's less friction. As a result, a conveyor will generally use 20 - 50% less power than an auger. The hydraulic scissor lift is standard on the larger conveyors and an available option on all other sizes. The scissor lift gives you more reach at a low angle for loading quonsets, rail cars, containers and transport vans. A-frame models have a hand winch or a hydraulic cylinder lift. Conveyors are available in steel, stainless steel or steel tube with stainless steel ends. Gas, electric, PTO or hydraulic drives.

Hopper end is removeable for in-line conveying. * Guide rollers increase belt life and reduce adjustments. * Balanced frame for easy set up and wide stance for extra stability in the yard and when towing. * Highway towable bearings and axles are standard. SOME OPTIONS FOR CONVEY-ALL CONVEYORS: * Spring loaded, collapsable hopper that automatically adjusts as you raise your box, or locks down for positioning under bin. * Wind guards help reduce wind damage to belt. * Available hopper wheels facilitate moving the conveyor parallel to bin row.  Hopper wheels turn up when not in use. * Conveyor can be track mounted. Available swivel wheels allow conveyor to be moved parallel to bin row. Swivel wheels also facilitate pivot mounting.
Undercar Conveyors
Convey-All also manufactures a complete line of undercar conveyors. The 14" diameter low profile gooseneck model has a hopper height of less than 12". The 10" diameter low profile gooseneck conveyor has a 6 1/2" hopper height. Straight undercar conveyors are also manufactured. They are designed to fit under most hoppered bins, unloading system in flat bottom bins and grain trailers. All undercar conveyors are available in steel, stainless steel, or steel tube with stainless steel ends. A wide variety of drives are available.

Underbin Conveyors

	Whether you process pulse crops, own a seed plant, operate a fertilizer business or have any other type of bulk product to move, Convey-All manufactures the complete line of material handling conveyors. With a Convey-All Underbin conveyor you get one load out point. The conveyor also gives you total clean out. There's no place for product to hangup so there's no cross-contamination. Conveyors also require less power than a comparable sized auger. Manufactured in all sizes to match your capacity requirments and available in mild or stainless steel.

Drill Fills (Conveyor and Auger type)
Convey-All manufactures a complete line of drill fills in both auger and conveyor unloading models. Models with auger unloading are available with standard length augers for filling drills and discers. Hydraulic folding auger models are also manufactured for filling larger air seeders. Models with conveyor load out can be used for any crop. They offer excellent clean out, are very gentle and a must for seed and bean growers. A flatbed conveyor under the hopper(s) feeds into a second conveyor mounted on the back of the unit. The conveyor swivels to both sides, raises and lowers and folds for transport. A control pad, with cord, gives you complete control from your air seeder, planter or applicator.
Multi-Compartement Tenders
Ideal for fertilizer dealers, seed dealers and farmers these Multi-Compartement Tenders can be used to transport virtually any dry flowable product and load virtually any applicator or planter including air seeders. The conveyor load out is fast and there's no cross-contamination. For fertilizer dealers or custom applicators it is the ideal tender for GPS controlled, variable rate, blend-on-the-go applicators. Seed dealers can place a different order in each compartement, then deliver and directly load any planter, drill or air seeder. For farmers the Multi-Compartement Tender has a big capacity, it's fast and gives you the option of planting multiple varieties. Manufactured in frame mount and slide in models as well as larger units with their own integrated trailer. The larger units are also available on a skid for mounting on your flatdeck trailer.
Bean Tenders
All Convey-All Bean Tenders feature conveyor load-out. The conveyor ensures gentle handling so there's no seed damage. It also gives you total clean out. No cross contamination with the conveyor. Compared to an auger, a conveyor will also use less power and last longer. The extra large lid makes them easy to fill. Simply have your seed dealer lift the mini-bulk seed bag over the lid and load. With seed stored on the farm simply use your front end loader or Convey-All's new mini-bulk bag stand and conveyor. Convey-All Bean Tenders can be used for any seed as well as fertilizer and granular herbicide with the available enclosed belt for dust control. Manufactured in 3 sizes; 65, 150 and 240 bushel models. The 240 is also available with a split compartement for farmers who seed multiple varieties. The bean tenders are available with hydraulic or gas drive. Hydraulic drive is ideal for units transported on a grain truck already equipped with hydraulics while the self-contained gas drive is ideal for units transported on a trailer or pick-up.

Direct Harvesting System
A complete system that includes a Sund Raking Pickup and a Universal Header. The Sund Raking Pickup has a gentle raking action that picks your fields clean with less shelling so you can get more of your crop. It is also more open so more dirt stays in the field. The pickup is mounted onto the Unviersal Header manufactured by Convey-All. This new header has a fully screened pan to keep more dirt out of your combine. A solid pan is available for hershey, canola and other small seed crops. The Universal Header comes with a large diameter table auger for more uniform feeding and a heavy duty drive mechanism with a heavy duty friction clutch. The header does not have a reel or cutting mechanism. Edible beans would be undercut prior to harvesting while the pea stalks simply break when the pickup lifts the mature plants. The Direct Harvesting System is available in a 20' width for 30" rows and a 22' width of 22" rows. There's also a 30' model which will pick 12 - 30" rows or 16 - 22" rows. For picking swaths a 14' model is also avalable. Drive couplers and throat adaptors are available for most combines. Several farmers, with different combines, can share one unit by purchasing the required throat adaptors and drive couplers.
