Summers Supersprayer Control Options

The Raven 205 Control provides operation of up to five sprayer booms, individually or collectively, with a master switch. Sprayer pressure is also controlled from the tractor seat, and the monitor gauge continually shows the pressure at which the system is operating.

The 450 Control provides automatic control of chemical application rates. The operator has individual control to six booms and continuous readout of actual gallons per acre applied. Readouts of volume left in the tank, time, total area worked, total volume applied, field area and volume, vehicle speed, distance traveled, area/hours worked, volume/minute (gallons/minute) are available at the touch of a key. In cab pressure readings are possible with optional Electronic Gauge Package. The SCS 450 Control Standard on Summers Ultimate Sprayers.

Vehicle Speed Sensor Available for all sprayers, the Raven Radar Speed Sensor utilizes a state-of-the-art, dual beam array antenna for reduced angle sensitivity.

Control Grip (A must for high speed spraying) Optional Control Grip permits alternating between circuits without moving your hand from the hydraulic lever. The Control Grip is available as an option on the Ultimate and 2-Point Tractor Mounted Supersprayers. The Electric/Hydraulic Multiplier is required to utilize the control grip on the 2-Point Sprayer.

Sprayer Remote Control

The Summers Sprayer Remote Control makes sprayer calibration easy and safe. When attached to most 12 VDC operated boom shut-off systems, you can turn your sprayer on and off from anywhere within 100 feet of the sprayer control box. With the hand held control unit, you can walk around your sprayer while it is operating, find a plugged tip, shut off the sprayer, clean tip and resume the spray operation without having to return to the tractor each time. Installation is easily made on either new or used sprayers.
