Twister Hopper Bins 3941-9545 Bushels

Twister's new 19' and 22' diameter hopper bin packages give you all the advantages of galvanized steel construction and more. All galvanized components are die punched for a perfect fit. Structural components are powder coated after forming and welding. The result is a hopper bin that will retain it's attractive appearance years longer than a standard welded and painted hopper.
Another advantage is low transportation costs. These hopper bin packages are shipped disassembled, ready to assemble on your farm.
In addition to good looks, Twister hopper bin packages come fully equipped. Standard features include a 40 degree slope, rack and pinion gate, manhole, bin to ground ladder, wall ladder with safety cage, over eave roof ladder, Saf-T-Fil bin indicator, remote lid opener and more. You won't find a better value than a Twister hopper bottom bin.

Every Twister hopper comes precut for the installation of our Twistaire aeration system. You can install the system when the bin is first erected or at any time after. It is a simple matter of bolting the components in place; there is no cutting or welding involved. The full circle perforated pipe placement in the hopper gives complete air circulation to the entire bin. It is by far the most superior system for natural air drying or low temperature drying in a hopper bin.
Other options include roof vents, aeration fans, low temperature heaters, grain temperature monitors and more. Steel Skid foundations are also available for select models as listed on the above chart.
Twister bins now have new corrugated stiffeners, which absolutely prevent grain hang up behind the stiffener. The stiffeners may be placed on the inside or the outside of the bin, whichever you desire (outside standard on hopper bins). You get the strength of a stiffened bin, with the easy clean out of an unstiffened design.
